- Upgrade cost reduced to 0 gold from 500 gold.
- Movement speed reduced to 45 from 50.
- Life steal increased to 5% from 0%.
- Removed Unique Passive - Noxian Gait: Basic attacks on-hit against champions grant you 15% bonus movement speed decaying over 2 seconds.
