changeThough there aren't many changes here, we also looked over the various boots upgrades. We expect the basic 300g boots to be bought early every game and we're pricing their resulting upgrades similar to how we price other legendaries. Easily completed, reasonably efficient tier two boots will still be strong purchases, but we're bringing down the top end to make that comparison more fair.
