- Requirements: Requires Blessing of Noxus and two Legendary-tier items equipped.
- Recipe: Mercury's Treads + 750 gold = 2050 gold.
- Stats: 35 magic resistance, 50 movement speed, 30% tenacity.
- Unique Passive - Noxian Persistence: Taking magic damage from champions grants you a shield that absorbs 10 to 140 (based on level) (+ 4% maximum health) magic damage for 4 seconds (12 second cooldown).
- Limited to 1 Boots item.
