  • Required the Blessing of Noxus and two Legendary-tier items equipped.
  • Now obtainable through the mid lane role quest.
  • Upgrade cost reduced to 0 gold from 500 gold.
  • Slow resistance increased to 40% from 25%.

  • Unique Passive - Fleetfooted: Gain 25% slow resist.
  • Unique Passive - Noxian Fervor: Gain 4% bonus total movement speed.
  • Limited to 1 Boots item.
