Patch 6.10
changeOcean Drake
- Restoration changed to 4/8/12% every 5 seconds, from 10% every 18/12/6 seconds.
- Restoration is now disabled if damaged by a champion or tower in the last 8 seconds.
Patch 6.9
changeOcean Drake
- Encounter: Single target attacks that apply a slow. Attack speed and damage are as with live Dragon.
- Mark of the Ocean Drake: Every 18/12/6 seconds, you restore 10% of your missing health and mana.
- Grants health and mana regeneration.
- New Effect: Starting at 35 minutes, only the Elder Dragon will spawn. The Elder Dragon is the hardest of the encounters and grants a temporary buff. Additionally, the Elder Dragon has an increased respawn timer of 10 minutes.
- Mark of the Elder Dragon: For the next 120 seconds, your basic attacks and abilities versus non-turrets deal (45xElder Dragons slain) (+ 45 per Elemental Dragon Mark) true damage over 3 seconds over time. Additionally, your Elemental Buffs are 50% more effective for the duration. For the Water Buff, it is the percent that is increased rather than the timer being reduced.
- The Ancient Grudge buff on the drakes still exists, increasing the damage they deal and reducing the damage they take per drake you've slain.
