Radiant Virtue has been changed in 3 patches since release in Patch 6.3. 2 nerfs, 1 adjustment. Most recently nerfed in Patch 7.0a.

UNIQUE Passive - Guiding Light: Upon casting your ultimate, you enter Transcended for 6 seconds, increasing your maximum health by 10%. You also emit an aura that heals nearby allied champions equal to2.5*7% of your maximum health over the duration.Ranged champions take 50% reduced healing.

Radiant Virtue was providing excessively high team-wide healing, so we’re adjusting it.
Unique passive - Guiding Light
- Health ratio per second reduced from 3% maximum health to 2.5%.
- Total health ratio reduced from 21% maximum health to 17.5%.
Patch 6.3cNerf
Since we released Radiant Virtue, we’ve seen that it has been offering too much defensive power and has become overly dominant. We’re reducing the bonus maximum health it grants so it still provides strong team healing without making you excessively tanky.
Bugfix:
- Fixed an issue where Radiant Virtue was incorrectly labled under Defense/Magic Resistance.
Unique passive - Guiding Light
- Bonus health reduced from 12.5% maximum health to 10%.

Unique Passive - Guiding Light:
- Upon casting your ultimate, you enter Transcended for 6 seconds, increasing your maximum health by 12.5%. You also emit an aura that heals nearby allied champions equal to 21% of your maximum health over the duration. Ranged champions take 50% reduced healing. (30 second cooldown) (1200-range).
- Limited to 1 Radiant Virtue.
