New Recipe:
- Boots of Speed + 500 gold = 900 gold.
- Old Recipe: Boots of Speed + Amplifying Tome + 500 gold = 1400 gold.
- Ability power reduced from 45 to 15.
- Base mana regeneration reduced from 150% to 100%.
Unique Passive - Equilibrium
- Base health regeneration reduced from 75% to 50%.
