Passive: Transforms into Diadem of Songs at 360 bonus mana.

- Recipe: Forbidden Idol + Ruby Crystal + Tear of the Goddess + 850 gold = 2250 gold.
- Stats: 200 health, 300 mana, 8% heal and shield power, 75% base mana regeneration.
- Unique Passive - Harmony: Grants heal and shield power equal to 0.5% bonus mana.
- Unique Passive - Manaflow: Grants a charge every 8 seconds, up to 4 charges. Consumes a charge on-hit and whenever affecting an enemy or ally with an ability to grant 3 bonus mana, increased to 6 for champion targets, up to a maximum of 360 bonus mana. Can only be triggered once per cast instance. Transforms into Diadem of Songs at 360 bonus mana.

This is a two-item pair for enchanters: a new evolving Tear item. Some enchanters really like mana and some even step into the mage system to get it, so we're going to offer a new item that allows them to get flat mana from the enchanter system but also scales well with additional mana purchases if anyone does want to get into a heal-based mana-stacking build.
