Recipe:
UNIQUE Passive - Harmony: Grants heal and shield power equal to 0.5% bonus mana.
UNIQUE Passive - Consonance: Heal the most wounded allied champion you have healed or shield in the last 3 seconds who is [[combat status|in combat]] with champions within 900 units for 0.8% of your maximum mana (1 second cooldown).

General

  • Automatically transforms from Whispering Circlet.
  • Stats: 200 health, 1000 mana, 8% heal and shield power, 100% base mana regeneration.
  • Unique Passive - Harmony: Grants heal and shield power equal to 0.5% bonus mana.
  • Unique Passive - Consonance: While you or any ally you've healed or shielded in the last 3 seconds is in combat with champions, each second, heal the lowest health nearby ally champion for 0.8% maximum mana.
  • Limited to 1 Diadem of Songs.
