Celestial Opposition - New item has been changed in 9 League of Legends patches. 3 buffs, 2 nerfs, 3 adjustments. Most recently nerfed in Patch 26.7.
Bounty of WorldsGeneral
- Removed: No longer reduces gold from excessive minion kills.
- Before 5 minutes, killing (24/number of support items on user's team) minions or more reduces gold from minion kills by 80%.
- After 5 minutes, killing (6/number of support items on user's team) minions per minute causes the gold from minion kills to be reduced by 50 to 80% (based on number of minion kills).
- This penalty accounts for all champions on a team that have a Support item; every champion with the item will contribute towards hitting the gold penalty.

- Post-5:00 minion threshold increased to 6 minions from 4.

We’re fixing a long-standing issue with Celestial Opposition that gave it very weird optimizations. Essentially, players could send a clone forward and it would result in a nearly guaranteed slow-bomb on a short cooldown. While it’s fine that clones often mimic items, getting slowed by thin air just isn’t a good experience. So now the champion (or clone) must be alive in order for Celestial Opposition’s slow to trigger. This means that, for example, attacking Neeko W won’t result in you getting crowd controlled.

- Bug Fix: Blessed buff is now properly removed on death. Previously, the user could receive damage (prior to dying) then have the shockwave trigger at the end of the linger period after dying, which was accompanied by no visual or sound effects.
Celestial Opposition has grown to be too dominant in the support item structure, especially for tank supports, so we’re taking it down a peg. We’re tackling its ability to completely lock down enemy champions and making users rely more on their base kit for that effect.

- Blessing of the Mountain slow duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2.
Celestial Opposition's passive currently activates from Knight's Vow and if their ally continues to take damage then it also repeatedly resets the cooldown, which can feel bad and waste the effect. It activating off of small damage like Thornmail is correct since there was agency in that happening, but we'd like to special case Knight's Vow so these items can feel better to use together.

- Damage dealt to the user from Knight's Vow Sacrifice damage redirect is now special-cased to no longer trigger Blessed.
While we're nerfing Solstice Sleigh this patch (more on that below), we want to also give Celestial Opposition a bit more power to help dethrone Sleigh's position as the premier tank support item as simply nerfing Sleigh wouldn't quite be enough to close the gap between the two. We're primarily targeting melee-specific outputs as we don't want it to become dominant on enchanters.

Celestial Opposition - New item added to League of Legends
General
- This item is one of the free upgrades for Bounty of Worlds.
- Stats: 200 health, 75% base health regeneration, 75% base mana regeneration, 5 gold per 10 seconds.
- Unique Passive - Blessing of the Mountain: Become Blessed to reduce incoming champion damage by 35%, lingering for 2 seconds after taking damage from a champion. Losing Blessed causes you to unleash a shockwave around you that slow nearby enemies by 50% for 1.5 seconds (20 second cooldown, restarts upon taking damage from champions).
- Unique Active - Ward: Consumes a charge to place a Stealth Ward at the target location, which grants sight of the surrounding area. Charges refill upon visiting the shop (4 charges; 600 range).
- Limited to 1 Support / Jungle item.
