The current trigger condition of Navori Quickblades makes it difficult for its intended users, ability-reliant, attack-based marksmen, to benefit from it in the early to mid game, and also makes its optimal build timing unclear. We’ve optimized how its effect is triggered and made its stats more focused.

New Recipe:

  • Dagger + Dagger + Zeal + 400 gold = 2800 gold.
  • Old Recipe: Cloak of Agility + Noonquiver + 650 gold = 3000 gold.
  • Attack damage reduced from 40 to 0.
  • Attack speed increased from 15% to 45%.
  • Movement speed increased from 0% to 5%.

Unique passive - Impermanence

  • Removed.

Unique passive - Deft Strikes

  • New effect: Now triggers on all attacks instead of only critical strike.

  • 45 attack damage, 25% critical strike chance, 15 ability haste.

Unique Passive - Deft Strikes:

  • Critical strikes with basic attacks reduce your non-ultimate ability cooldowns by 15% of their remaining cooldown.
