While Skarner is charged, Crystal Slash and basic attacks deals 24/36/48/60/72 (+40% AP) bonus magic damage and Slows by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds.

Skarner is the jungle's kidnapper: fast Crystal Slash clears, permanent shield uptime, and an Impale that walks the enemy carry into your team like lost luggage. Few ultimates decide fights so cleanly.

Patch 26.16

Skarner has been one of the weakest junglers so we're here to buff him back up. We've got a small bugfix to his E's missile radius, which made it harder to hit than it should have been. Otherwise, we're reverting a few nerfs that Skarner received early in his release.
