Blitzcrank warps the entire map around one question: is Rocket Grab up? A landed hook into Power Fist and Static Field deletes squishy targets, and the threat alone controls where the enemy team can stand.

Blitzcrank is the #1 support in the game right now, topping all three of win rate, pick rate, and ban rate. So yeah, it's time for some nerfs to pull him down. We're digging up the history books and reverting some of their “recent” buffs from 2011-2012. We're targeting early pressure and overall cooldowns, due to how impactful their abilities can be. If a hook attempt misses, their opponents should have plenty of time to punish.
