Since the launch of 7.1, we’ve noticed that Sivir’s late-game damage has been lacking. To lend her a hand, we’re increasing her Attack Damage growth to boost the damage her basic attacks can do as she scales with levels and items. We’re also increasing the AD ratio on her first ability, allowing both hits of Boomerang Blade to benefit more, improving her waveclear and teamfight poke. Overall, these changes are to make Sivir more threatening in late-game teamfights.

- Attack Damage per level: 3.5 → 4
Boomerang Blade
- Attack Damage Ratio: 70/75/80/85% → 75/80/85/90%
Ricochet
- Base damage reduced from 8/10/12/14 to 4/6/8/10.
- AD ratio reduced from 17/20/23/26% AD to 15/18/21/24%.
Stats
- Base health increased from 570 to 600.
- Armor growth increased from 4 to 4.5.
- Health growth increased from 112 to 128.
- Magic resistance growth increased from 1 to 1.4.
Sivir is built for teamfighting so we are boosting her damage, especially in late phases of the game to make sure she’s excelling in her specialty.

Ricochet
- AD ratio increased from 15/17/19/21% AD to 17/20/23/26%.
We’ve tweaked the damage ratio of Ricochet so Sivir can perform well even from behind, while her enemies are still able to find counterplay when she is ahead.

- AD ratio reduced from 22/24/26/28% AD to 15/17/19/21%.
Our newest Shuriman warrior came in swinging, especially in team fights. These adjustments will make sure her AOE damage is a bit more well-rounded.

- Basic ability cooldown reduction reduced from 30/35/40% to 20/25/30%.
