buffWhile it’s not quite as weak as Mercurial Scimitar, Silvermere Dawn is also underperforming as a whole. We’re opting to increase its defensive capabilities as well, but not quite as much as its counterpart.
General
- Magic resistance increased to 40 from 35.
- Slow resistance increased to 50% from 40%.
- Tenacity increased to 50% from 40%.

- Limited to 1 Quicksilver item.
