Katarina is performing much better than she ought to, especially for a difficult champion whom no one has played for approximately a decade. We always want high-mastery champions to be worth mastering, but if rookies are winning this much without practice, something's wrong. Ultimately we're fixing our own bug here: She's supposed to be throwing 10 daggers over 2.5 seconds, not 12, so both the DPS and maximum damage of her ultimate is being reduced.
