Recipe:
Active - Ward: Consumes a charge to place a Stealth Ward at the target location, which grants sight of the surrounding area. Charges refill upon visiting the shop.
UNIQUE Passive - Dream Maker: Every 8 seconds, you gain a Blue Dream Bubble and a Purple Dream Bubble. Granting a heal or shield to an allied champion (excluding yourself) causes you to grant both of your Dream Bubbles to them, empowering them for 3 seconds. The Blue Bubble reduces the next instance of non-minion damage they take by 75 to 255 for 13 - type=your level and the Purple Bubble grants them 50 to 170 for 13 - type=your level bonus magic damage [[on-hit]] on their next basic attack.
UNIQUE Passive: Receives diminishing gold from excessive minion kills.

  • Removed: No longer reduces gold from excessive minion kills.
  • Before 5 minutes, killing (24/number of support items on user's team) minions or more reduces gold from minion kills by 80%.
  • After 5 minutes, killing (6/number of support items on user's team) minions per minute causes the gold from minion kills to be reduced by 50 to 80% (based on number of minion kills).
  • This penalty accounts for all champions on a team that have a Support item; every champion with the item will contribute towards hitting the gold penalty.

Following up on our work last patch, we're continuing to retune the support items to make their power spikes less immediate and, in exchange, making their scaling into the late game more powerful and we expect these changes to scaling to do just that. As a whole, we hope these changes will be slightly power positive on most enchanters.

  • This item is one of the free upgrades for Bounty of Worlds.
  • Stats: 200 health, 75% base health regeneration, 75% base mana regeneration, 5 gold per 10 seconds.
  • Unique Passive - Dream Maker: Every 8 seconds, you gain a Blue Dream Bubble and a Purple Dream Bubble. Granting a heal or shield to an allied champion (excluding yourself) causes you to grant both of your Dream Bubbles to them, empowering them for 3 seconds. The Blue Bubble reduces the next instance of damage they take by 140 and the Purple Bubble grants them 90 bonus magic damage on-hit on their next basic attack.
  • Unique Active - Ward: Consumes a charge to place a Stealth Ward at the target location, which grants sight of the surrounding area. Charges refill upon visiting the shop (4 charges; 600 range).
  • Limited to 1 Support / Jungle item.
