Dream Maker has been changed in 2 patches since release in Patch 6.0. 2 adjustments. Removed in Patch 7.2.

Active - Dream Maker: You gain the Dream Bubbles buff every 8 seconds. Granting an active heal or shield to another allied champion will send Dream Bubbles to them for 3 seconds, which grants 15 to 30 bonus move speed and enhances their next 2 basic attacks to deal 20 to 90 bonus magic damage on-hit.

- New: You gain the Dream Bubbles buff every 8 seconds. Granting an active heal or shield to another allied champion will send Dream Bubbles to them for 3 seconds, which grants 15 to 30% (based on level) bonus move speed and enhances their next 2 basic attacks to deal 20 to 90 (based on your level) bonus magic damage on-hit.
- Old: You gain the Dream Bubbles buff every 8 seconds. Granting an active heal or shield to another allied champion will send Dream Bubbles to them for 3 seconds, which reduces the next instance of incoming non-minion damage by 70 to 140 (based on your level), and enhances their next basic attack to deal 20 to 90 (based on your level) bonus magic damage on-hit.

Unique passive - Dream Maker:
- Every 8 seconds, you gain up to one Blue Bubble and one Purple Bubble. Granting an active heal or shield to an allied champion will send both Bubbles to them for 3 seconds. The Blue Bubble reduces the next instance of incoming non-minion damage by 70 to 140 (based on your level) and the Purple Bubble grants them 20 to 90 (based on your level) bonus magic damage on-hit for their next basic attack.
