Protobelt Enchant has been changed in 5 patches since release in Patch 2.5. 2 nerfs, 3 adjustments. Most recently nerfed in Patch 6.3f.
Cost: 500g
Active - Protobelt: Dash forward and unleash a cone of missiles that each inflict mpen 12% magic resist reduction for 3 seconds, dealing 70 magic damage (1075-range). Upon arrival, you gain 20% bonus move speed decaying over 3 seconds.

We’ve reduced the damage of enchantment items to better align their power with their cost.
Unique passive - Protobelt
- Magic resist reduction reduced from 15% to 12%.

- Cooldown reduced from 60 seconds to 50.
- New effect: Upon arrival, you gain 20% bonus move speed decaying over 3 seconds.
- New effect: Missiles inflict 15% magic resist reduction for 3 seconds.

- Damage per bolt reduced from 75 to 145 (based on level) to 70.

Protobelt Enchant added to Wild Rift
Generally when players use the Protobelt active effect in the middle of a dash ability, the objective is to extend their engage or disengage range. In previous patches, Protobelt’s active interrupts the current dash, so we’re adjusting it to buffer until the end of the dash animation. This change will make it easier to combine Protobelt’s active with other abilities for combos without requiring pixel-perfect timing on each button press.

- New Effect: Casting during a dash will now queue the effect to occur after the dash finishes.
