ZealUNIQUE Passive - Overdrive: +5% move speed.
UNIQUE Passive - Power Blitz: Your movement and basic attacks will generate stacks of Energy, stacking up to 100. At maximum stacks, your next basic attack will consume them all to activate all Energized effects. Energy stacks charge 25% faster. Energized attacks gain Melee: 50 / Ranged: 100 bonus attack range, deal 40 to 100 bonus magic damage, and grant 60 bonus move speed for 0.75 seconds. The damage is affected by critical strike modifiers, and will bounce to the nearest enemy within 500 range, repeating up to 4 other targets.
Magnetic Blaster Changes
Critical strike marksmen have been struggling to keep up. We're increasing their Attack Damage to improve their scaling, while avoiding additional Attack Speed or on-hit power that could benefit other builds disproportionately.

NerfGeneral
- Total cost increased from 2900 gold to 3000 gold.
- Combine cost increased from 600 gold to 700 gold.
Unique passive - Power Blitz
- Base damage reduced from 50 to 120 (based on level) to 40 to 100 (based on level).
- Damage against minions increased from 120 to 150% (based on level) to 150 to 180% (based on level).
Patch 6.2

- Attack speed reduced from 35% to 25%.
Unique Passive - Power Blitz
- Bonus attack range reduced from Melee 50 / Ranged 125 to Melee 50 / Ranged 100.
- New effect: The attack grants 60 bonus move speed for 0.75 seconds.
- New effect: Damage against minions increased from 60 to 180 (based on level) to 120 to 150% (based on level).

- 35% attack speed, 25% critical strike chance.
Unique Passive - Fervor:
- +5% bonus movement speed.
Unique Passive - Energized:
- Your movement and basic attacks will generate stacks of Energy, stacking up to 100. At maximum stacks, your next basic attack will consume them all activate all Energized effects.
Unique Passive - Power Blitz:
- Energy stacks charge 25% faster. Energized attacks deal 50 to 120 (based on level) bonus magic damage and gain Melee 50 / Ranged 120 bonus attack range. This damage can critically strike and will bounce to the nearest enemy within 500 range, repeating up to 4 other targets.
- Limited to 1 Magnetic Blaster.
