After 1.25 seconds of not taking damage or after 3 seconds, Twitch turns Invisible for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds, gaining 20% Move Speed. Twitch gains 30/40/50/60/70% Attack Speed for 5 seconds after coming out of Invisibility.

Twitch is the strongest bot laner in the game right now. To start, our nerfs are going to be reverting his buffs from 1.0.0.144 and 1.0.0.146, both from 2012. Because his late game can be so potent, we're doubling down on his scaling archetype and making his laning phase even more difficult.
