Lulu Build Guide (Mid)
Mid Lulu is a control mage in a jester hat: Glitterlance poke never misses twice, Whimsy turns assassins into critters mid-dash, and her ultimate makes her impossible to burst down after she pokes you to half.

Ability DetailsFull kit, stats, and scaling
LCLulu is assisted by Pix the faerie. When Lulu Attacks, Pix fires 3 bolts at her target, dealing 9 to 105 (based on level) magic damage to the first enemy hit.
LCLulu and Pix each fire a piercing bolt dealing 80/125/170/215/260 (+50% AP) magic damage, enemies hit are Slowed by 80%, decaying over 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. An enemy can only be damaged by one bolt.
LCOn Ally Cast: Target ally gains 35% Movement Speed and 20/30/40/50/60 Ability Power for 5 seconds. On Enemy Cast: Polymorphs an enemy champion for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds, disabling their ability to attack or cast spells and Slows by 60.
LCOn Ally Cast: Commands Pix to jump to an ally and then follow and aid their attacks instead of Lulu's for 6 seconds. Upon arrival, Pix shields for 60/105/150/195/240 (+40% AP) damage for 6 seconds. On Enemy Cast: Pix deals 80/130/180/230/280 (+60% AP) magic damage to target enemy unit. Pix then follows and grants vision of them for 6 seconds.
LCLulu enlarges her ally, Knocking Up nearby enemies into the air. For 7 seconds, her ally gains 300/450/600 (+50% AP) bonus health and nearby enemies are Slowed by 30/45/60% for 1 second.
