Alistar Build Guide (Support)
Alistar is the game's most brutal engage support. Headbutt-Pulverize combos delete carries' positioning, Triumphant Roar keeps your AD carry in lane, and Unbreakable Will makes diving you a mistake.

Gold-per-10 first so the wards never stop, then Sightstone makes them free.

Shurelya's turns your engage into a team-wide charge; Runic Bulwark is the best aura in the game on the frontliner who is always in the middle of the fight.
Boots
Mobility for roams and engage range; Mercury's Treads if their crowd control is landing on you first.

Jungle Alistar trades clear speed for the scariest ganks in the game: walk in, Headbutt the carry into your laner, Pulverize on landing, and walk out through tower shots with Unbreakable Will.

Pulverize is your clear and your gank, so it comes first; Triumphant Roar second sustains the jungle; Headbutt stays at one point until late - one rank is all the displacement you need.

Ability DetailsFull kit, stats, and scaling
LCAfter casting an ability, Alistar becomes Ghosted and deals 21 to 72 (based on level) (+30% AP) magic damage to nearby enemy units and buildings over 3 seconds.
LCAlistar smashes the ground, Knocking Up enemies for 1.5 second and dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+80% AP) magic damage.
LCAlistar rams into an enemy, Knocking them Back and dealing 55/110/165/220/275 (+100% AP) magic damage.
LCAlistar roars restoring 60/90/120/150/180 (+25% AP) Health to Alistar and 45/67.5/90/112.5/135 (+18.75% AP) Health to nearby allies. Nearby enemy deaths reduce this Ability's Cooldown by 2 seconds.
LCAlistar immediately cleanses all Disabling effects, gains 60/75/90 Attack Damage and takes 50/60/70% reduced damage for 7 seconds.
